Both are a little pricey but ... ya know how it goes ....

I really shouldn't spend any more money... just dropped almost $200 on the Trilogy Box Set....but that includes shipping!

How is the condition?

Keep checking EBay for the Bride Set. You might get lucky if you continue to be consistent with your search....
(Or you'll eventually give in a pay the BIG BUCKS  )

Some cheap ones show up on Discogs regularly from people needing to pay bills. There's one for $140 there now. That's less than 300% original price and there are only 100 of them.

You paid 400% original price for The Trilogy ($39.99) and there are 1500 of them!

I'm just trying to be positively encouraging

I am pumped for the trilogy, all the discs were graded VG++ to NM, cover is good with a little ring-wear. Truthfully I am nervous because picture discs don't stand up to chronic use as well as regular records.

To me the Trilogy is worth that because the music is way cooler to me. No disrespect to BSM, I love that album too, but don't really wanna pay a ton for it. It's also a completest thing that I really need to get over. You should see my jazz collection. I think I have a problem with records in general. When I was in college my mom threw out a box that had Houdini, Bullhead,Ozma and the Three Solo albums. The only survivor from my original collection was Lysol and With Yo Heart Not Yo Hands 45. No worries they've all been replaced by now tho. One day I will take out a second mortgage on my house and get all the records and poster I want!!!

Mine tried that but I had the upper hand. She took my Pink Fairies (Kings of Oblivion) poster down off my bedroom wall and told me she'd thrown it away. So I destroyed her Bible. If she'd bothered to read about teenagers before deciding to have one, all this might have been avoided.

It turned out she'd only hidden it which is even more bizarre. There was a fragile ceasefire after that, during which time the only thing I noticed was occasionally the propeller blades of my Airfix planes would be broken off from overzealous 'dusting'.

JZS has a 'unique' copy of the Bride on vinyl that he put up on eBay once. I don't think there were any takers. Just sayin'.

my mom threw away a flyer i snagged from the club where i saw the melvins the first time. still haven't forgiven her.

It was an honest accident/mistake on my mom's part. They were stored in a box with all my old metal cassettes. When asked what to do with the "Old cassettes" i said throw em in the take em or leave em section. (I was away in college) So one day some lucky guy (or gal) walked into the twon dump and got VG+ copies of everything for free. I take joy in knowing how stoked someone was....my mom is super awesome and has done so much for me I can't hate on her for it.

Jules- All bibles should be destroyed... or at least filed in Fiction Fairy Tale section. 

I dont know JZS well but if you are out there reading this..."Help me JZS your my only hope!"
