excellent as in EX album condition? Im only looking for VG++ or Near Mint.  How would you grade it?

not quite near mint. the record itself is flawless minus a few light scratches.the corners have a tiny bit of wear.  so im going to say its VG+. im not sure VG++  is very commonly used in grading records.
