Theres also an auction for 99.99, but the buy it now said it was never played and it was in better condition. SO i went with the buy it now one.

Very odd. I can't undertstand why this is priced so low even if it is an auction.
There's 1 of these at Sonic Boom and it's priced at $95 + tax. It's even kept
behind security glass at the front counter.

That's just how eBay auctions work.  If you price it at what it's actually worth you won't attract many bidders, but if you open it at a low price, you'll get people bidding early which will (usually) ultimately drive the price higher than if you started it at it's actual worth.
