The third one was limited to around 15.  It was printed on a yellowish/maybe slightly greenish thick stock paper.. the design is similar to the regular design.  It's nothing to get excited about.

Yeah, there's only 15 in existence, on the entire planet. Nothing to get exited about.

Seriously, if you see it, it won't bother you if you don't have it.

Seriously dude, there's ONLY 15!! :o

I think nothingtothenotice should put it up on eBay as an 'ultra-rare, extremely limited edition version' and make a killing$$$.

Naa, It's the same design on different paper. Butthole's right, no big whoop.
Crybaby might need it though, he's the alternate version guy.

There are actually a few other copies on different colors from both pressings, they used what stock they had but I don't know if they had enough CDs for all of them.  The whole 666 of the first pressing and 333 of the second pressing isn't exactly accurate either.  It's close but but not exact.  There were roughly 1000 copies of the CDs pressed, probably a little over.

Not that I really care one way or the other, but how is that different than putting out the exact same record with 10 different colors of vinyl?  Since Burlesque printed these it also brings to mind posters.  For example, Horkey.  He puts out posters with the same design but on different color stock and a lot of the small run variants sell for multiple times what the "original" poster sells for.

K, it's not a big deal. I'm sure Rev. & Crybaby both have good info for their #'s.....to be honest, I would only care how many there were if I was looking to get one......didn't Rev. contribute some of the live recordings on M -vs- M ?

Hey,I'm not looking to start a pissing match...or am I?
But no, I just know the numbers aren't exact because I helped out on this release.  That's all.  Yes, the stated numbers were 666, 333, and 30, but I'm saying those aren't exactly right, and there are also a few other random paper colors.  I helped gather the live recordings and chose what the two primary (non-mp3) shows should be.  I was honored to help out and it was a lot of fun.  Getting the Walker recording was a huge pain in the ass but pretty awesome to be able to successfully pull off.
Interestingly enough, the two guys who taped the majority of the shows on this release are both dead, one by self immolation and the other by drug overdose.  As Buzz said to me, "You see what we do to people?"
I know a lot of people bitched because these were audience recordings, but I personally like a good audience recording and I think the 3/25/06 set is particularly unique and awesome.  The whole intent was to release as many of the Grumpy's related shows as we could find and since the band didn't record any and Wes from Burlesque knew that I was way collecting live recordings he tasked me with tracking them down.  I found all the ones on the release except for the Shit Sandwich shows which Wes had taped himself on his mini-disc. The 2006 shows and Walker sets had never been in circulation before.   I only wish I could have gotten the 2007 show with just Buzz, Dale, and Jared because that set was ripping. I know it was taped 'cuz I talked to the taper at the show but he didn't want to let it out.  Oh well.
