Badges or the Honky discs or all of the above? You may need some nice person to score them earlier on the tour.

:excited: to the honky and wp vinyl, assuming jules hasnt bought em all by the time i get to the merch.
Depending on how many rugsacks Jules has taken along, I'd be glad to buy some of the very rare extra stuff off him for double price to cover some of his travelling costs (GITD WP, test press of WP, etc.)

I wonder what surprises the merch table will offer this tour?
Here's what Walsby says.....
" I fly out to Amercia's west coast in a little over two weeks from now. Here is what you can expect what I will be trying to shove down everyones throat at the merch table (besides all of the Melvins goods, which we will get to later probably):
One hundred signed and numbered posters of this little tribute for twenty five bucks each.
Two hundred and twenty five (at last count) homemade posters.
Those will range from twenty dollars each to thirty dollars each.
Price change to mark the effort and diffierence in some of them.
There will be homemade Melvins jewelry that my daughter's mom is going to come up with.
I will have copies of MANCHILD 6, the last comic book I was able to have come out with me to sell as well.
There are some warmup Melvins shows in California before hooking up with Napalm Death and Melt Banana, and here they are:
March 19th - San Jose, CA- The Ritz
March 20th - Orangevale, CA- The Boardwalk
March 22nd - Pioneertown, CA- Pappy and Harriets
March 23rd - Fullerton, CA-The Continental Room
March 24th - San Diego, CA - Casbah
Thanks."

"Let's make up some sleeves so we can sell them the same thing, for a second or third time."
These look really great though, I bought a few of the time life singles last time and love them. I doubt they will be available at the merch table for more than 5 shows.
I bet some will pop up on ebay in the $100 price range for those that are as foolish as myself.

It looks like those are just the front side of the record sleeve. The image above shows the back side. I wonder what the B-sides of the singles are, as those are not my favorite songs on that record.

The CDs are Gluey Porch Treatments (ed. 33) and Honky (ed. 35)
Hopefully there'll be more as the tour progresses.
The War Pussy EPs were all splatter vinyl with silver stickers, so hopefully the tri-colour ones will appear later.
Thanks Flutter and Jules!
Does anyone know if they are still selling those glass medallion-type images/sketches of the band members on this tour? The sign said that Buzz's wife made them. I didn't get any last summer, but, if so, I can get some tomorrow night in Austin.

That's crazy I just about bought that Bill poster, I was at the show. I bought a neat Hitler one instead. My friend had me assist him while he interviewed buzz and Dale before the show for a newspaper down here. My brain is still trying to wrap itself around getting to do that. Talked to them after the show as well and as usual they were incredibly cool and nice especially since I helped interview them. I can scratch that one off my bucket list now. I will try and post the interview whenever possible, it is Houston Free Press. I know this is the merch thread but I had to write somewhere didn't want to make a new thread I'm still buzzing from the night. I may write a review soon. I'll post what I got
Posters and front and back of shirt. Also if anyone can tell me or help me post photos correctly so it's not a pain to view it'd be much appreciated as I am inept at such things, thanks! :)

I read on FB that the Squirrel shirt is already sold out - can anyone confirm?
A tour-exclusive color album pressing is one thing, but not making enough t-shirts for a whole tour just doesn't make sense to me. Gonna be bummed if there's nothing left by the end of the month when I see them.

No CDs or records were sold at Webster Hall, NYC. WTF? So fucking lame! :bs:
Told by the venue to not bring them in?
The merch guy (Walsby) said he was told not to bring in CDs and records. The other bands had CDs and records. So, I'm not sure who told him. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. It's hard enough to buy this stuff online and then flippers...
Hey. Also a heads up. At Brooklyn, they started packing merch up when Napalm Death hit the stage. I wasn't able to get any on my way out. Kind of disappointed, but I really need the $50 more than more t-shirts and posters.
I posted a warning about that. Sorry it happened to you. :?
Nice to know the boys are doing well enough to leave all that dough behind.
All I plan on getting is that skull/soldier shirt with the dates on the back, and maybe a handmade Walsby poster if it's something that's so awesome/outrageous I just have to have it. Not into paying big bucks for AmRep singles. I'll be happy to have all those songs on Basses Loaded CD.

Good luck! Sometimes they're told not to bring CDs and records into the venue. It's FUCKING LAME. This happened in NY.
Yea I saw ur post. I know the feeling. I rolled into the dc show and whipped around the corner to where the merch booth usually is only to find the napalm death merch lady hanging up a sign that said "no Melvins merch" I asked her if they had a separate booth and she said no. I've been waiting months to be able to crank up the decay of lying on my turn table and here I am still waiting. I guess I can't blame the Melvins for whatever decisions they make because I'm sure they are making the right decisions for themselves but it still sux for those of us who missed out. I look forward to the Melvins merch booth every year because there is usually something cool. At least the show was still amazing.
I snagged a few things...hmm..let me see here...
Savage imperial Death march Shirt.
Mike and Melvins Cassette.
War Pussy Ten inch
Poster.
Napalm Death 12 inch.
Walsby Poster...Butthead Buzzo.

Check your PMs yo!
Damn the Melvins! I think I'm going to end up getting either the Basses Loaded letter pressed or A Senile Animal... Or both. It depends on what they have left and how much money I feel like spending when I get there. Very few bands can sell me the same album twice.
Also I'd really love Prick on CD with the reissue cover :(
This might be the first time that I don't buy any merch at a Melvins show. No interest in letterpress CDs/$75 re-released LPs, and the shirts don't look that great. They sold the Stoner Witch shirt last summer, and I grabbed one.
How 'bout bringing along a new classic like the Houdini Hot Wheels, or Dracula shirt? I don't care much for the squirrel one, the new skull one or the Mike/Melvins one, for $25. Idk, maybe I have too many Melvins shirts(around a dozen), and I'm getting too selective.
If Brian has any of his new Manchild books left, I'll likely grab one of those.

I got this on night 2 in Flagstaff. Looks to be Haze, but I'm in the desert the moment.
The front is the same on both versions. The back is different.

Has anyone seen any of the posters for this run? Secret serpents usually post em up on fb. I've only seen a few pop up.

It's not from this tour, it was mainly given to band members.

o goody. :D
from facebook: Houdini, Stoner Witch and Prick (and new Hepa-Titus) LPs are going to be available on shoxop today Aug 15 (no exact time yet, check facebook). Euthanasia single goes up sometime later this week.
Stoner Witch/Houdini/Prick/Hepa-Titus are up on Shox-Op!
Houdini sold out
Everything sold out. Too bad, I would have liked to get the Hepa-Titus record.
That was fast!
Report from last night
There was one more mackie houdini - should have grabbed for trade. I snoozed. Now they're all gone
Last basses loaded with 51 DVD sold . Sorry it was me.
Haze Houdini and Stoner Witch still up and kicking
I might have an extra haze Houdini for trade - undecided
Prick has been long gone
Going again tonight I'll try to report back
Psyched to have scored online today! Sounds unlikely that much, if anything, will still be available in Northampton. Fingers crossed to get Euthanasia when it goes on sale later this week.
crazy i woke up this morning and checked amrep and missed drop within seconds- everything was carted, except hepa-titus ep- kept refreshing but no luck :cobain:
kinda just want the haze cd version of prick, hope that goes online soon

Me too, I thought Haze was going to put that CD online for sale yesterday... but right now I'm undecided about buying it or not since I'm also waiting for Uncle Acid's "Pusher Man" single and I haven't bought Basses Loaded and the album with Kunka yet.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I bought it. Damn, there's a lot of stuff for sale right now. I can't believe the Euthanasia/Ambition 7" was $50 (the most expensive item of all) and it was the first to become sold out.

I don't think there was many. I was straight on it and then it was gone when I got to check out. Got the cd and Boss Hog cd. I have the original of Prick on cd and vinyl so I'm not fussed. I have the Hard Ons split and all Dope Guns also so not fussed on missing the 7 either. At $50 I'm kinda glad. Don't think it's worth that.

After the show, the 'Houdini' vinyl was no longer on display...so unless they're selling a limited amount at every show, I guess it's now "Out of print".
Is that Stoner Witch black? I thought they were meant to be purple??

It's a very deep purple. Held to the light you can see it.
go to the light grasshopper.
Down to Stoner Witch, letterpress CDs, Walsby books, Prick CDs, random non-haze 7"s and shirts now.
Will be buying a bit of stuff tomorrow in Indy.

This kid can't read.
This grasshopper is heavy.
I was wrong. That squirrel shirt with "I want to punch you in the face five times... Exactly five times" is great and hilarious. I got that and Manchild 7 at the table the other night. :D
Only 40 Prick re-releases on vinyl?
Just now decompressing from the party.
What do they actually have left for sale at this point? I'm seeing them on Sunday in CT.
A signed 8x10 glossy of Brian Walsby.

Last I seen in Columbus Monday they had the following if I recall:
-Shirts
-Prick CDs
-Signed CDs (Basses Loaded, Three Men and a Baby, Bulls + Electroretard)
-Some letterpress CDs
-Hung Bunny / Roman Dog Bird (Now $20.00)
-7" vinyl of Altamont and a couple related bands. Le Butcherettes 7" is gone as is the Stoner Witch LPs.
-Walsby art & Manchild books
As merch keeps selling out, your going to see a consistent increase in prices. I wonder how high things will get before people stop buying?
Good question. Seeing people trying to sell the Mackie Stoner Witch for $500 on eBay is just insane.

I honestly thought $50 7" and $75 - $100 LPs would deter a majority but I guess there's plenty of diehards out there who will spend the money for it. In two of the three shows I seen at least two or three people pick up the Stoner Witch LPs. Vinyl enthusiasts are a strange lot.

I noticed that the first time Haze put the Seawhores "The Hunt Is On" art version 2LP for sale, it costs over 100 bucks and it was sold out in less than five minutes... DAMN.
saw the show in providence last night-- great show, weak merch selection...
2 shirts
prick CD
basses loaded CD
the melvins/red kross LP ($200)
some red kross LP that i didn't look at
an altamont 7" (i think)
two manchild books & random walsby posters
i did see walsby pull out a board that had some of his art on it, it was simpsons drawings (actual characters, not melvins simpsonized) with prices next to them, all taped to this cardboard, which i assume was at one point used as a merch price list. he started un taping them and moving the drawings around and he wrote "OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY!" on it, then he put it away. so i figure he'll start selling the merch price list soon.
did he just say $200? like as in TWO HUNDRED?? like as in a 2 and two zeros?
Ok if that is the white/red haze variant of the Melvins Redd Kross , oh yeah.
Also i want to buy the price lists from Walsby
$200, two hundred, 2 and two 0's, two zero zero
it also said "RARE!"
and i REALLY wanted to buy one or any or all of the price lists but when i looked back at him he'd put them away.
Damn, hope they got some stuff tonight in Baltimore...

Damn! Saw them in CT and they didn't have any of that.
If anyone is willing to pick me up a Prick LP and Euthenasia 7", I'd be eternally grateful.
Walsby said they had just gotten more stuff.
Well, they were completely out of letterpress CDs last night. That sucks. They're on eBay but damn I don't think I'm going to be paying $70+ for any of them.
I did manage to pick up the making love demos/manchild 3, signed prick cd (even though I just got one in the mail not too long ago), and the squirrel shirt.
Does anyone know if the squirrel shirt is going to be on the merch site later on?
I really want it, but don't currently have the funds.
(Can't go to the shows either obviously as I'm in Russia)

prick re-release show posters are up now at shoxop, limited to 15!

I don't know if anyone can give me any information about this piece of merchandise from last year, but I have a haze XXL poster from the the new years eve show last year at pappy and Harriets. But it's not signed or numbered. My sister also bought one the same day and hers is signed numbered. Im finally getting around to framing both the Halloween and new years eve poster from haze XXL in the same frame and noticed this minor discrepancy. It's not a big deal just wondering if thats normal? The Halloween poster is signed and numbered aswell.
It's normal.
There's no strict rules to the melvins printing or numbering system.

My NYE poster is not signed either. There were a few sold before Haze arrived at Pappy and Harriets to start signing them.
Awesome. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.
