Captain Howdy

Guess I'm gonna die then. I was wondering why I felt so shitty.

Stonergrunge

Kevin Rutmanis. His sound and style was so unique, he really brought something different to the band.
cartoons, chocolate milk & rock 'n' roll!!

Foot fetishism means love, because, it's the magic of feet odor... Long live depravation.

Box-boy knows! ^   plus Gene also leads in pyrotechnics and sexual conquests.  :P
Back to reality, I voted Mark D. Could have also gone with Kevin.
There is no wrong answer.
I don't find any of them to have a bad bass tone.
That wouldn't be approved of by the front office (Buzz and Dale).
I was a little shocked by Trevor's tone, if not overall level, when I first heard Freak Puke.
It sounded like the Melvins were playing in a studio, and the bass from a incredibly loud
car stereo was bleeding through the wall
(just happened to sync up with what they were playing, too). Weird!
I got used to it. I mean, what is it supposed to sound like with an upright bass?
I'm just glad I've never heard the Melvins with the insipid bass tone that is now on
90% of my radio dial (including "alternative", country(wtf?!), hip-hop and r&b....)!  #-o
I truly love them all I hate to pick sides! I've always thought of who my favorite was and I really like something about all of them but there's just so many things. But still... gene,
..
no its jared.... or kevin.....or joe....maybe mark or jeff... damn im going to have to go with jared because his tone and overall sound is so powerful and face melting

I think are getting confused with the bassist v the bass lines v the tone
I am a bassist. Love the bass but I'm still leaning with voting Jared. I think Kevin is a close second but I can't be too sure of mark or buzz coming in.
Meez, I'll have my vote in by midnight pacific time.

(the) Razor

Theyre all really good. Mark D was the most talented, he is mean on the guitar too and was a huge influence on clean melvins. Kevin was a perfect Melvin and most of HAT is Kevin enough said, Joes bass is  a religious experience when listening to Lysol and Jared is a bulldozer but is also quite eclectic in his approach. Lori I can't really tell because the mixing is terrible but overall for all those reasons mainly they're all good. I'm playing Switzerland on this one.

Oh yeah and Dunn is Dunn and Pinkus is really early on but its one thick delicious sounding bass!

Jared is the whole deal! Singer, killer bassist, great lyrics and a really great songwriter!!

His He-man custome was pretty great too. Almost as good as the lobster shirt.

Well my vote stands out...
I don't think we'll realize how much our godfather plays in his role
Jared should win..

Dumpster D

If I could take back my vote, I would.

Tricky Tricky Question.

After a lot more careful consideration, Its Jared.

Again, The forrest is full of trees, I see my way though even though I smack into every tree on the way out like a dumbass.

anyway, Its Jared.

That is the correct answer.
