oh, i see. i didn't realize that i have to have actually mouthed off a certain number of times on this forum to be a "candidate" for a leak. next time i get really excited about a new album by one of my favorite bands and want to hear it before the moment when we all know i will buy it, and then see a bunch of "cool" online mouth-talkers, opinionologists, fart-noise typographers talking about leaks of it, i'll know to go back in time, waste everyone's time waxing philosophical (read: annoying) about this or that weighty issue concerning this or that album's colour scheme and generally being a fucking waste of flesh-- self-absorbed, loquacious, unbowed in my fervour to document online (since no one in the harsh environment outside my parents' basement will stand my ramblings but i DO matter and so do my dumbshit halfcocked opinions) my every waking miserable thought on the melvins, proving once and for all that i am a veritable fan, court/forum stenographer please read back the notes where i berated someone for thinking song X was the best second-longest-track-on-a-melvins-album-post-lorax-but-pre-deutrom, when in fact as i demonstrated via caustic witticism with a dash of panache and a jigger of emoticons that it was song Y; yes, that proves it, i've been here (and heard) all along, hellbent on filling up this forum the most with my own uniquely useless verbosity. next time. i learned my lesson, that's what i'll do. sorry, i just didn't know that before, thanks for filling in such a human-retard as myself. i now have the facts.

Well, from what I understand it's not the number of posts or lack of them. It's just by going by your post number you appear to be a newbie and you are now or have been going through an initiation. All these chaps are lovable. But you still cannot have a leak because there is none. That would be illegal. You don't want do anything illegal do you? Ipecac would shut this site down similar to what happened to the Mr Bungle site when the Peeping Tom proper album was being leaked. And if that happened, I would be enraged, and you do not want to make Joe Deutrom II enraged.

i'm not sure what's been going on.  i haven't been reading this thread all night.
but i must say that i trust the judgement of my fellow moderators, and while i don't necessarily agree with everything they do, i will support them in it because i know they do it for the right reasons, and maybe i am incorrect in not doing what they do.
posts aren't deleted around here very often.  i'm sure there is a LOT less "moderation" in this forum than in many others around the world.  luckily we are not a bunch of power-hungry and lacking nerdy types that attempt to feel important by censoring people.  you can ben sure that if a post is deleted, it is because it is suspected that someone will be more offended than usual, or at times there is a direct complaint.
again, i have no idea what happened in this thread, but i have to assume it was for the best.  these things never hurt anyone too much, it'll be old news soon.

(sooner if i stop yakking about it)
