Does anyone have any information on this? I doubt this was an official release but I'm just looking for more details on this.

I think its in the melvins wiki, not sure though.  A bootleg indeed.

I think all of the songs are taken from the bonus tracks of the GPT re-release.

hey crybaby,

It was originally a vinyl bootleg, then it was booted to CD,
nowadays the only place I can find it is on .mp3 blogs
