This is true, the show tonight in san diego has been cancelled also

Due to illness with one of the band members San Diego, Pomona and both Los Angeles dates are postponed. We are in the process of rescheduling the shows and will post them when we have confirmation.
Again, sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused anyone. Thank you for bearing with us. We hope you all understand.

Just got back from canes..turned away at the door..hadn't been online all day so no way I would've known...

the guy said 'buzz is sick'..

rescheduled for october 26th...on the bright side i will be seeing the melvins in two months!!

We are extra sorry to inform everyone that the end of our US tour with the melvins is rescheduled. After the Pomona show was cancelled for totally different reasons, Buzz came down with a nasty case of strep throat and completely lost his voice. We are working on rescheduling the shows for this fall.

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us on this tour, we had a great time, hope you did too. Feel free to write if anyone has questions, we're posting some photos from tour and we'll put up any new info as it comes in.

maybe they're worried about losing time off the set they want to see.
or maybe they're worried about not seeing morning star rising as a sacrifice to fit NA on the bill.
