i never knew that buzz was such a ZZ TOP fan.  thats pretty sweet!! i suggest if you have not witnessed a ZZ TOp concert you are missing out!

I guess it was more affordable for him to have a guitar made by that guy than it was by going to Gibson. I imagine Gibson would have charged him an arm and a leg to slim the neck down and turn the toggle position switch sideways. Otherwise, Buzz would have stuck with Gibson. I know I would.

If I had a Gibson fitted with the neck of a Jackson, that for me would be the ultimate guitar. I'd also want the Ace Frehley humbucker set-up.
