Buzz said somewhere that they averaged about 10,000 per release on Atlantic.
I would imagine they do about 5000 per on Ipecac, maybe less now with
internet downloading and filesharing. They really make their bank playing live
and on merch.

every show was sold out for this houdini tour... right? or almost every show.... thats alot of fans buying records... but it could also be alot of fans downloading.

Those numbers seem low.  I could have sworn that alone Houdini sold over 50,000.

trust me, if they sold anywhere near 50,000 per on Atlantic they'd still be signed there.
