I could have been mistaken... I thought some spots on  the letters were glow in the dark. its been so long since I have seen that shirt.

just won an auction yesterday for a Strange Sights Will Be Seen shirt from the H.A.T. tour in 2002. and yes, I know it doesn't mean shit without a picture, but I will take one and post it when I get me shirt

Yours may well have.  The one in the pic kinda looks like it has glow in the dark on the lettering, but mine never did.
