It does happen with the odd record.

Just contact where you bought it and they 99% of the time will replace it.

Here's the official word from Ipecac:

Timing is everything. You demanded it, so here it is, the most recent, classic, Melvins release, "Nude With Boots" is now available on red vinyl, as a single LP in a double gatefold package. Vinyl collectors begin to drool. It smells real purdy too.

Just got mine from interpunk.

warped as fuck!! im at school so I wont be able to play this until im home for turkey time. hopefully its not so warped that it wont play.

the packaging is pretty flimsy too.

im a little disappointed, but i guess a you cant get a high quality Melvins LP for $15...

Gotta admit, I'm a little underwhelmed also.  If not a double-vinyl, this should at least have been a 180g pressing.  Hopefully we get "A Senile Animal" treatment down the road.

 Juan's full of it. This is not an Alternative Tentacles release or a double vinyl. The first photos posted are right.

I'm a sucker. It does look purdy, so I ordered it. This is what they should have done with aSA. Keep it under $20 and no need for double or quadruple vinyl. Yeah, 180G is nice, but soundwise nobody can tell the difference.

Anybody that gets a warped one should email ipecac so they know it's a widespread problem.  I emailed them and they said the record store I got them from probably just left them in the sun, but I am pretty sure it has do with flimsy vinyl and jackets.

My vinyl was fine, but the jacket seems real flimsy and is slightly warped or glued wrong.  Kind wish it really had been an Alternative Tentacles release.  I think they're a bit more experienced with vinyl.

That's total BS.  It hasn't even been out long enough to have been warped by the sun.  Come on Ipecac.  Really?
