Ok now that is nice.  I love Frank Kozik's smoking bunny.  Hey Jules maybe you can help me here.  Is the iron cross as offensive as some people would have you believe?  Wasn't it just like a medal of bravery or something?  I know it's popular among bikers and metal heads but it can't be as offensive as a swastika can it?
...and they all sing the same refrain: its fun to take a trip, put acid in your veins.

Well, iron crosses are much commoner here than swastikas; I've never heard of anyone being offended by one anyway. Obviously, if you walk around with a swastika on your t-shirt, you're going to get your head kicked in, but the connotations of iron crosses are much less severe. Interestingly, when I was in Korea, some of the young punk bands played with swastikas on their shirts (usually copies of shirts Sid Vicious was photographed wearing back in the day) and had absolutely no idea why some westerners from the audience would shout at them while they were playing. Once I explained a bit of European history to them, it all became clear. They were genuinely totally in the dark about the swastika thing.

I remember Jus Oborne from Electric Wizard appeared in terrorizer magazine with an iron cross then the following month the magazine received a very nasty letter regarding this.  The following month Jus Oborne wrote an even nastier letter defending himself.  that's why I ask really.

I've a German punk staying with me at the moment. When she comes back from college, I'll ask her her opinion on the matter of iron crosses.....stay tuned.

Ask her her opinion of Irish men with a fondness for German women and German beer too.

Well, you succeeded in making her laugh. She says she prefers German men with a fondness for Guinness. She says the iron cross is no big deal there, either.

Electroretard Test Pressing on vinyl, (1 of 5).....for those of you who don't know, Man's Ruin decided after the CD release of Electroretard to produce a vinyl version. Unfortunately, before the LP went into production, Man's Ruin went bust, but not before five test pressings were made.

Hahahahaha

Remember the thread where I said I had one of these......folk didn't believe me so I posted a photo of some white label promo I had and they fell for it hahahaha

The one on the left is the Patton Oswalt/Melvins split and the one on the right is the With Yo Heart.
