For me the release of a new Melvins is always weird. I really love the band yet i never get as hyped up about their releases as some other acts or as some of you folk seem to. I find its not until i've had their new LP a while that i actually really get into it or devote much time to listening. Dont think i even brought NWB until a week or two after release and it feels like i've only just started to love it this last six months. Probably get TBSM on release day tho.

now they're just too old to breakthrough.  whoever heard of a 20 some-odd year old band being the next big thing?
