Can someone please clear this up for me? I've heard before that the Ipecac GPT release contains Ozma but I certainly don't see any of the song titles on there.

So, is Ozma available as separate release on cd?

And then something different, when I first bought HAT I was pretty disappointed alongside it being so hard to get into. Well things changed... I think it's a totally incredible album now especially Brain Center at Whipples and the alien noises in Anti-Vermin seed. It just goes to show, it only needs patience and a couple of listens. Bring on Prick and Colosus of Destiny????!

Anyway, please let me know about GPT and Ozma. Cheers...

GPT is included on the CD version of Ozma released by Boner Records + a cover of the The Cars 'Candy-O'.
The Ipecac version of GPT features demo's and outtakes.
To be afraid when you are alone, in the dark, faced with the unknown, the unspeakable; that is understandable fear. To be afraid, mortally afraid, in broad daylight, in a crowded city street, that is to know Melvins.

I will most definitely order if only I know where to get ahold of it. Do you know if Boner Records has a website or is thisone for Ebay etc?

Mesteren

Boner is defunct and doesn't have a website. But you can always e-mail the Boss Tom Flynn at tomflynn1@earthlink.net and ask him what he's got left of the Boner stuff.

He's also selling his CD's through www.half.com: http://half.ebay.com/shops/shops.jsp?seller_id=799799

Van Hagar

klump

yep, it was a surprise for the people who bought the cd version :)
i read that in a flipside interview, interviewer was BRIAN WALSBY...

anaconda

Candy-O is on the cassette version of Ozma,
so is Love Theme by Kiss, just re-titled Love Thing.
so I'm positive that it was on the original vinyl too.

Green Honey

Candy-O certainly ain't on my vinyl copy of Ozma

anaconda

I guess they had more room on the cassette release
then because it's on there. Bummer for you vinyl owners
of Ozma i guess.

The reason that the songtitles on the ozma/gpt is off is  that exact paperbacks and happy grey... is one track on the cd which means that Happy grey... is actuall y Leech and so on for the rest of the cd..
