I am proably the only one on this board who has yet to hear TBSM.
This Tuesday I will FINALLY get a chance to hear it live in San Diego!!!
Call me old school or lame but to me the anticipation and curiosity is worth its weight. =P~

We're on the same page. I've never downloaded any Melvin's titles ever.

I also could give a fuck about the current live set list before Dale & Buzz perform.

I like to experience it...

Not heard it yet either. The anticipation is overwhelming. And we Brits have to wait an extra week if we ordered it through Amazon.....my nails are down to the quick and there's a week left!

It's not that bad...not like there isn't enough Melvins material to play constantly until you get your disc in the mail.

Stoner Witch, HAT and NWB have been holding me over these past few weeks just fine.

I haven't heard it yet.  I got way too much music to absorb first.  I don't know where some people on this board find time to listen to 3 or 4 albums a day.  The chances are I mightn't get TBSM for a few months.  So anyway you're not alone and it's good to be patient.  Just from reading reviews you already know there's military chants, a who cover and some old Irish folk song on there so something to look forward to.
...and they all sing the same refrain: its fun to take a trip, put acid in your veins.

I haven't heard it yet either. I don't care to snag downloads of my favorite bands' albums before they come out. Only listened to the samples on Amazon once. Can't wait to get the disc. With Monday being a holiday, CD Universe should ship it Tuesday, and I should have it by Thursday 6/3.
I got NWB from Newbury with the extra signed booklet last time. I didn't bother this time because it's sort of unnecessary, unless you're into collecting signed things.

Don't be too sure about that. Then again most Melvins fans are pretty staunch and will like whatever they release I guess.

not really,i think a lot of fans on this board don't like the new album.personally i prefer this one than NWB,though it's very subjective and starting a fight about that doesn't help.do you think this is their worst ever?

Good question.

I will need some time to ponder upon it.

As long as it's not illegal, if you can find spoilers (Amazon) without actually downloading a leak, spoil away...but if you want to wait without any kind of spoilers thats cool too.
