Hell Yes! This tour sounds freakin' sharp ... July 24th can't come soon enough! Can't believe I'm only hitting one show this time around ... usually get to between 3-5 ... just one this year? BOO! I just might have to do something about that! That set list is sweet ... I've been saying for a couple years this line up should totally abuse the 1st part of Skin Horse, as well as AMAZON http://www.themelvins.net/forum/index.php?topic=9948.msg176100#msg176100  Fuck, awesome they finally have! That's gonna be huge! Now all they gotta do is add Manky to the set ... can you imagine this line up wringing out Mankey? You'd probably pee yourself in joy! Oh man, I haven't been this exited 'bout a Melvins show in years ... fuck, this is gonna be the bee's knees!

Let's begin-
My husband, stepson and I drove from LA and arrived in GRIM REAPERS MOTEL parking spot around 8:00 ish.
GRIM invited us up like the good host he is  for whiskey/beer.
After hangin' out we walked down to the Casbah feelin real good.
GRIM took photos of the night if anyone is curious.
Cool dude.  

The merchandise had 2 NEW shirts.  The one posted along with a large Octupus kinda pinkish on grey.   No big deal.
The other NEW shirt has already been posted.  
The MELVINS eagle that BUZZ designed is available.
The Box sets are true beauty.  Each disc is signed by all 4 MELVINS with a GOLD Official stamp of authenticity.
I purhased a few.  Only 222 were printed.   Pictures to follow.

The show-  They played SKIN HORSE and that made my night!

side note-DAY TRIPPER was pure genius.

Grim got one. He told me when we met in line for the pisser. An interesting place to meet the Grim Reaper, I will tell you that. Especially when I look at him, he looks at me, I open my mouth and he just puts out his hand and says in my ear, "I am the Grim Reaper"...chilling.

They were selling drum sticks?!?
