1st night:  Melvins country hoedown  (come wearing overalls and get a free PBR)
2nd night:  Melvins disco inferno  (coke will be available @ the merch table)
3rd night:  Melvins acoustic folk song sing-a-long   (bring your own pillow)
4th night:  Melvins gospel hour   (tambourines will be provided)

If it's different stuff each Friday I hope they record every second of it and release it as a live concert series.

I betcha they do something with this. They will for sure be releasing it in some format (most likely, limited edition vinyl) a couple years down the road. Or maybe they will play one of their albums in their entirety, fusing together the best takes like they did with Houdini Live. If this was the case, what record would you want to hear?

For me, it would have to be OZMA

Another thought: Maybe with four shows, they will be playing the Maggot, Bootlicker, Crybaby and COD. Dunno, just throwing it out there

no man can do what dale did on ozma. NO MAN.      ozma is the ANTI-beat album.  sans candy-o.

ain't gonna be no "play a full album" thing.    it'll be a conglomeration of the last 4 years of setlists.

you will hear Let It All Be.

It would be dumb of us to assume that we can predict what MELVINS will be doing on these four nights, but what about interpretations of an album like OZMA, for instance. A re-working of existing material in some live format? A straight up, note for note, re-hash of an old album would be boring, right?

I would be fine with never hearing Let It All Be again. So sick of that song. It is the new Revolve.
