Can someone PM me if they are planning to post the audio somewhere? I have like ZERO chance of getting ahold of one of these.

thirded. unless someone can get one for me. Will give extra cash for your trouble.
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits.

Aren't these just gussied up bootleg recordings? If thats the case, 50 or 60 dollars is too much to spend on that in my opinion. Get' em before the Ebay inflation kicks in. I hope you all enjoy them. It looks cool.

I'm gonna wait for another proper studio album on CD. You can keep all the fancy cardboard sleeves with sparkles and tri color ink and whatever else.

waaaay better sounding than Houdini live on ipecac...only listened to Bullhead and listening to Stoner Witch now.  there's more of a bootleg quality compared to  gluttony and lust, but i like it more.  this does not disappoint by any means.

Now this interests me as I thought Houdini live sounded excellent for a live recording. So you really think that Bullhead sounds better? It may be worth the $50.00 price then.

Would love to get one of these, but I'm not getting my hopes up. 4-CD box, 50 per city? I'm guessing they'll be around $80-$100 at the table. The only problem I have with the limited stuff like this is only people at the shows have a chance, unless they make a few more w/ non city covers for AmRep to sell like they did with the "Vs. MPLS" sets.

Any other band with the same size fanbase would have their own online store w/ a 1 per customer limit so at least a fan in say Alaska could get one w/out dealing in ebay.

Mad Arab

They could easily do this with AMREP. But then it wouldn't be "limited edition" would it? Thats the attraction to collectors. That and Buzz and the others fingerprints might be on them in handmaking them.

John Schuller

if anyone rips this, please PM me. Would love a copy.

That's not exactly the definition of "limited edition". It doesn't matter where you get it from, so much as how many copies there are out there.

Captain CoryCory

I want one of these. I'm trying to see if I can carpool to Chi-town for the two shows...

Thats what I am talking about.

These sound cool & all, but seriously? CDs? Why not vinyl? If they are commercially manufactured CDs & not CDRs, the minimum quanitity you can get from a CD pressing plant is 1,000.

I'm not sure what the cost differential is between pressing vinyl vs. CDs, but I would be WAY more likely to pay through the nose for vinyl than a CD, regardless of the letterpress packaging.

The Melvins will make more money pressing cds, compared to what they would make pressing vinyl.
I am a raper guy, obviously.
