As far as I know, it wasn't called anything, just like the six song single isn't called anything, and the 10 song CD isn't called anything (officially, anyway). But the vinyl does indeed have 8 songs on it, so I guess the logic behind it works.

Why is the last bonus track ("Hugh") numbered as 10?

No Idea why it is numbered as 10 but on the Disc Nr.25 and 26 are one Track. 26 is smalltalk in the Melvins's bandroom (but none of the Melvins speaking).
