the drums.   ooohhh the drums.  although I wouldn't say bullhead is my favorite MELVINS release, it's a high point for dale.  throw in stag and you got some MEAN drumming on your hands.

buy HAT next.  the best way to hear MELVINS today.   bullhead is quickly becoming an archive.

Bullhead is a good place to start. If you want similar albums next try Lysol and the Eggnog ep. Same era, same sound. Probably my favourite Melvins era.
