GrimReaper

Billy the Fish was the original title and I always though it was about a guy named Billy who drank like a fish.

bUTTHOLEmAN

The melvins changed it from Billy the Fish to Billy Fish?

POTRE came out in 2004 ... I always thought it was in reference to female genitalia ... a snatch, a pussy ... a pink bat.

or perhaps?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_challenges_in_Takeshi%27s_Castle#D

"Dino Ride: Riding a mechanical bull dressed as a giant dinosaur, contestants try to shoot a pink bat supported by toilet paper with a water gun, but if they fail or fall, they are eliminated (and sometimes sprayed with white powder). Called Buck Off! on MXC, with the sprayer nicknamed Herby the Steamy Pile."

Buzz said -- on no less a cultural authority than Fox News' RedEye -- that "The Kicking Machine" is an episode of The Rockford Files. Still can't find this episode.   :?

I have a book somewhere about the Rockford files series, I will check it out. Wikipedia'a list of episodes does not include one named "The Kicking Machine". Maybe Buzz is leading us on a wild goose chase.

What was the song about courtney love?
Isnt it 'You've Never Been Right' from ASA? It's a play on the title of the Nirvana song 'You Know You're Right'.

I just thumbed through my copy of Ed Robertson's 20th Anniversary tribute to the Rockford Files, "This is Jim Rockford..." There is no episode titled "The Kicking Machine". There are several Rockford Files shows with alternate titles. Under the title is "AKA, and the alternate name". No Kicking Machine anywhere.

The Kicking Machine was a cartoon by Rube Goldberg featuring one of
his fantastic contraptions that can kick someone in the ass repeatedly.

The Rube Goldberg inventions are the coolest!

the most complicated process to do the simplest of tasks!

gives a new meaning to that track title...heh, it always DID remind me of exactly that 'Conda!

a big wheel with Boots on it that spins around and kicks you in the butt.

kinda goes with the whole nude with boots in another meaning.

I can't find the original cartoon, but here's a replica some college kids made:

That's EXACTLY what I had in mind when I first read that track title!!!

Pink Bat is baseball related.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_bat

In baseball, pink bats are limited-supply baseball bats manufactured by Louisville Slugger for use by select Major League Baseball players on Mother's Day, first introduced in 2006 in association with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization.

I've thought that maybe pink bat = vibrator/dildo

no man it's dick oh ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
What's that? Not me. Fuck that, I'm a cat.
