I wonder what it would be like to be Dale Crover's kid  :)
I imagine oatmeal-can drum-kit set-ups by the age of one, at least
She's already played on stage at a melvins show!

Now that i would love to see. Does video footage exist?
Video, I'm unsure.  Audio, yes, and pictures, yes.

Ahhh yes. Just watched it. Turns out I actually had seen it before, but it's been a while so I'm glad I gave it another go. The bit about the bio on Ipecac coming from episodes of Futurama is fucking hilarious.
It hasn't changed either. Priceless.

I think we should put it in a jar labeled 'melvins'

That youtube video is a great one, I like how Dale slams the lockers at the end. His daughter is adorable...and badass!

I think this ep is one of the most overlooked things they've done in recent years. I would dare to say it's my favorite release with the Big Business guys. War on Wisdom and We Are All Doomed were amazing live.

I don't think Scion A/V is mailing CDs out anymore, so here's the CD quality for everyone who didn't get one: FLACs

Agreed!

I was too lazy to get the c/d from Scion. Just realized I want a copy. Someone on eBay from LA has 83 copies for sale.

Been listening to this a lot post 30th Anniversary Tour.

It's really great, but I can see why some of the fans complain about how
this is nothing more than a Big Business record,
that just happens to feature Dale and Buzz.
I would say that it fits in almost perfectly,
between Mind The Drift and Battlefields Forever.
Of course, I have no problem with this. I love both bands!

Only just listened to that The Bulls & The Bees again last week it kills me, greatness on that EP.
Curiously, (or not!) i find Bulls & Bees to be overrated in the Melvins catalog. Many fans here seem to really love this EP - i've seen some people hold it up as one of the best things they've EVER put out! Personally i don't hear that at all. I just think it's okay. 'We Are Doomed' is a really good song but the rest just doesn't really strike me very much. Although i do wish it was a full length album rather than an EP.

Just listening to this one again. Ignoring my previous comment from a few years ago above, this is a great modern Melvins release! It flows together so, so well. Goodness i wish this had been a full album - far too much cool stuff going on to tuck it away as an EP that more casual fans may well never explore or hear about. Add 20 minutes and stick 4 more songs on here and it would have been a fabulous end to the BB era. I always remember some of the negativity here when we first heard 'The War On Wisdom', now that stands as a fine slice of Melvinsness! As does the rest too. Not that dissimilar to the previous Big Melvins records either really when one reflects back.
