I hear there's some pretty bad thunderstorms rolling through SF right now.

It was a dark and stormy night. UNSANE was barely tolerated by an audience of texting and smart phone browsing spectators who barely looked up from their tiny little screens to notice the post rock icons. They should have pried thier cuticles away from their soft machines long enuff to notice Cody and Dale whale and snort. It was some of the best percussion of the night, it sounded fresh and raw. and under rehearsed. They filled in when the UNSANE drummer had to be hospitalized. (unsure what happened)
  The Melvins started out with songs from thier last studio record, Buzz had a giant fan blowing his shaggy locks mythic shapes. He came off as a mythic wanderer from inside a Led Zip album cover, as a mystic all knowing rock god, with a magic hammer wandering down a hillside full of rocks. 
  And so they rocked on. the show was alright. the sound was a bit of a problem, Buzz seemed buried in the mix.
