Pinkus is a funny guy and a weirdo for sure but i could barely hear his bass in the mix when he used to play with Melvins

For all Buzzo's talk of liking weird things, he picks Steven because he's normal hahaha. I know Pinkus wasn't in the band all too long but he always seemed like a pretty good fit both playing and outlook/personality wise. I wonder what would have happened if Steven was never available or wasn't interested. Oh well, i do hope Pinkus gets to play with them again at some point. It would be good to see him on some more Melvins records too. Even if it's just an odd song here or there.

i'm not too surprised by this news. Pinkus pouring himself a huge glass of whiskey in the merch booth in Tucson. Pinkus waving around a joint he's about to smoke in the alley after a show at the Rebel Lounge in PHX. these are not things Buzz normally likes.

At first i took it to mean playing wise. But then after Vince's post i imagine it's probably just his personality. I mean Buzz seems to give a lot of freeway in terms of weird playing.

Not sure Buzz has any sort of problem with Pinkus his lifestyle or otherwise given he's had two separate stints in the Melvins, 2014-15 and 2018-19 and has just started a two month long tour with him as his support act.
