Same set, different order. Boris to open. LGBYG and Revolve to close. He told the Dave Grohl story. Melvins' #1 fan was there and thankfully because of the intimate setting and lower volume we, as the crowd, were able to enjoy every subtle nuance of his appreciation for Buzz. It was like they were two lovers having a conversation across the room as all of the rest of us faded away...

Thanks Rev.   I thought you were #1?!?

My position has been usurped. I may not even be #2.

Awesome show. #1 fan was right behind me, making me crazy. Finally got a picture with Buzz after seeing the Melvins near 20 times. Picture turned out blurry and terrible. Good times!

JUDY

Yeah that guy was a dufus.

I was right up front, shot some fotos and a few songs in HD video. I won't know what the sound quality will be like til I can take a look later (working now) but I'd like to think it turned out pretty ace.

Buzz killed it, obviously  :D Great show!

Merch list?

Curious on this as well.

Buzzo 10" (tri color only)
Buzzo shirt M-XXL
FANTOMAS sugar daddy
A Few of the clown singles from sausages
NYE 7"

But Rev Mike bought it all. Expect to see it on eBay this week.

Rev. Mike

It was a great show even in spite of the curious drunken affliction that people seem to have at quieter shows where they feel the space must be filled by whooping and hollering. They seem to be uncomfortable with such intimacy. As I said, the set was the same as in LA but in different order. LGBYG had a brief little intro that Buzz said Dale had reminded him of after the LA show that used to be a part of the song.

As for merch, there were the King Buzzo stamp shirts for $25. There will be the King card shirts later in tour. Tri color 10 inches for $35. The Fantomas split. Clown shirt bags. Tri colors of the last 3 clown singles (Roxy, Pop-o-pies, Kinks). Tri color and Haze NYE singles. Melvins/Helmet split, I think it was the Haze edition. 7 inches were $30. The tour posters were $20.

And Judy is right. I did buy all of it. But I am 'scoggin it. Fuck ebay.

rictus

Cool, shirts.

I expect a lot of records at the Austin show.

And I'm glad it's not at a bar now.

Shit, I wish I had known they had the hazy NYE singles there.
