Henry is Great!...in small doses.  I've seen his spoken word show a couple of times and I remember the last show just went on and on and on.
On the other hand that can translate to some good radio, so that can actually work in his favor in this format.

Oh yeah. Got no hates for Hank. He can be a little lot hokey and/or full of shit at times and certainly seems to have softened and become more goofy with age/success ... not like I've given much attention to what he's done in the past 20yrs. or so ... but I grew up on Flag then Rollins Band and his earlier spoken word/writing ... lots of good memories there.

But man he just says Fanatics! way too much!

:lol: Totally agree. It kinda reminded me of the "Hulkamaniacs". At this point though Hank can do whatever he wants. That fucker earned it.
I really like how good he is at controlling an interview. Good questions and lots of fun. He's good at radio that's for sure.

Might have been an honest mistake, it is funny though. I think since Henry has "retired" from music, he's had more time to re-discover bands like Melvins. They never toured together, or really crossed paths back then. Although there was that Melvin Gibbs story where he wanted to join Melvins before Deutrom came on board. Can't remember if he jammed/auditioned or not. I think he'd probably be considered too "jazz-fusion" for Buzz back then.
