I just preordered the Japanese version from CD Japan; never had any problems in the past. I choose the second-cheapest postage option ("Air Mail") and they usually arrive within five days of release date.

Damn, "Eyes On You" was also left off the vinyl. Hopefully that makes the Bride Of Crankenstein 10". At least the LP is going to come with a download card so I will have all the songs that way. I am super excited for this album. The only track I've listened to more than 10 seconds of is Bride...so it will be a fresh listen.
