Hey, Theres more carefully Hidden and well mixed Pinkus Digital Delay swells than I first noticed. But they are well placed and act like Synthesizer parts nicely.

I noticed them especially clearly once I got this onto a cassette and into my walkman.
I was thinking that the fx are part of what Leary brings.
I can do that stuff at home, but he's the master.

Like I said, lack of knowledge regarding these drugs and their proper use has been lost on our culture of instant gratification.  If you want to take them like party drugs you will be in for a world of hurt.   Not sure what crack and heroin have to do with hallucinogens as they are entirely different beasts and should be avoided like the plague.

Hallucinogens are like amplifiers (of both good and bad feelings), if you take them when you are in a bad place emotionally they can  be extremely detrimental.

I have a friend that does DMT ALOT. He's pretty much completely lost his mind. I think he's still sleeping on people's couches and shit and he's pushing 40. As for the he 'devil's weed' , if you're speaking of belladonna,  I saw my brother take some of that once and act like a retard for about 12 hours. Didn't think he was going to come out of it. I was envisioning having to care for my mentally challenged brother for the rest of my life. Definitely one of the scarier drugs I've seen in use. Horrible stories? Sure. But sometimes with these stories I find it best to hold it in.

P.S. I scoured the local record stores for this album and came up short. Now, to order the cd, or wait for the lp?

my store lists the vinyl for Nov 7. fingers crossed...
i only heard the new songs from the seattle live boot.
it's hard to wait after reading all the reviews on here, but it will be worth it.
