Houdini Reissue

Someone recently asked about the possibility of a Houdini reissue on the Melvins Facebook page.

Melvins have responded:  "Working on it."

I think I can hear 50,000 eyebrows being raised. Kind of a 'fapping' sound.

 With the slight resurgence of vinyl and major labels putting out LPs again at reasonable prices, you'd think Atlantic would be into putting out "the three" as vinyl reissues. I'd rather see that than more uber-ltd AmRep reissued recoreds with changed artwork.

I'd rather have Boner reissues personally but it's still pretty cool news!

I don't think the Atlantic records will be done again anytime soon
not through them anyway
won't make enough money
unless they do limited, special editions anyway
but i don't think the Melvins would want that
which a fair slice of the pie
which Atlantic won't give them


EDIT: Wasn't there supposed to be some reissues through Ipecac later this year?
and weren't some of them supposed to be the Atlantic records on LP's
