Blatant disregard for the no selling on ebay clause we all had to agree to! I wonder if there will be repercussions? I hope so like when they cancelled somebody's order because they listed it before it even got mailed out.

If they are all numbered they could easily be attached to every order so they know who got what number. everyone who ordered one will have the name and address with it. If you bought one you had to agree to not sell it on ebay before you could purchase.

So what would/could they do?

I think the answer is nothing. If this guy ends up selling his we'll see that the no eBay selling clause was just talk.

If the seller had not advertised the number then there's no way they could track him down and even try and ban them from future sales.
Even if they did, you'd only need a new email address and maybe shipping address to get around it.

I reported him!  If you need money in 3 years because you fell on hard times, I don't think the Melvins would be mad, but this guy bought it specifically to resell it which is kind of fucked up.

The band is smart enough to Deal with Flippers once and for all in some Creative way. What if maybe *this* was a Just Test Run of a limited Bundle to see who all the flippers are and Then Weed them out before Offering up some more INCREDULOUS Melvins Merch to us.

PS. I Just bought a Melvins Army Shirt from Revolve, but initially was Just wanting a Patch, it was 47 Dollars together, and I Just wanted the patch but the shipping was more than the cost of the patch so I said fuck it and bought the shirt to combine the shipping.

I still really wish I had that Orange GPT shirt man...God damn, I would feel so...sooo...1986 in that shirt man. 

The Melvins Army Patch will hopefully look nice on my Biker Jacket.
