That's just what cartoons do (especially goofy ones like this). They exaggerate the characters to either fat or skinny. In this case, not even Dale is skinny enough to go that way.

I got into the band during Dale's larger phase ('06), so now whenever i see him it looks a little weird to me. Although i am getting used to it.

I did it, I watched the video, found the solution thanks to one of the comments from the Melvins FB page:

"I had the same problem. If you'd like to see the video anyway what you should do when you go to the Rolling Stone website is to right-click the title of the video and then click "copy link address". When you do it, you must download the video with some program that uses url address - I personally used convertfiles(dot)com. When you download the video and open it it should work properly, works for me. Hope it helps."
