My guess? Handmade CD of Love/Death with new/alt Mackie art -  with either some stickers, a poster, or a shirt thrown it. Nothing to get too excited about, unless you need to have all those home-made sleeves that Buzz & Mackie roll out on the weekends.
I love the fact that they put the effort into this stuff for those who want it, but it's not for me.
