I have high expectations for the next Melvins album

Yes, Dylan Carlson on a Melvins album!! Obviously it may end up nothing as we expect, but it seems this record could be quite a heavy one. It's funny that Dale gives this much away. Buzz would stay super tight lipped and say nothing! It is interesting to me what Dale says - it must be so frustrating sometimes being a musician. You record your album and want to put it straight out into the world and for people to hear it but then have to wait for months on end. That would drive me nuts!

To be completely honest, i kinda feel that way myself even though i understand that this isn't really the case. I mean Redd Kross at least "feels" like a temp gig for Dale. A side deal - something he may not do for too long. And with Melvins we've seen so many bassists come and go that WHOEVER was bassist it would still feel temporary. The core of Buzz and Dale is just so strong and enduring by comparison.
