 I know I said I was going to stay out of this and I meant it.   but let me just suggest this:

if santa is serious about leaving this board because he feels "someone" wants him to. AND lemmy feels this "town" ain't big enough for the both of them then I suggest a vote. let the people decide who stays and who goes.
if lemm and santy have made peace then so-be-it.   that's good news and we can forget the whole vote thing.  but if santa IS serious about leaving, then I think a vote is in order.
I want to hear santa and lemmy's input on this as well,  shit is only fair when EVERYONE gets their 2 cents (you to recess!!!).    let's hear the campaigns.

First, I think it would be ridicilous to leave a message board because of someone else, and I don not specifically refer to Santa, but also to Lemmy. And even if Santa wants to leave this board for a while, he should just do that, really. Participating in message boards is completely voluntarely and if one wishes to stop visiting a board, or to change hisposting/reading pattern - which I do all the time - that's up to that person alone, and therefore no votes by others should be held.

He glen, how about you give me some bad karma and I give you good karma! That way we both have +15/-12! For a few hours only probably but still! Also, that way I would finally lose my karma-virginity! (Nevermind, someone hit me already)
