Buzz said in that interview that he didn't want a typical dancey remix record. To me THAT would be horrifying.

dancey remix?  never say such things.  if thats how it came out I'd eat my shoe.

horrifying is a fine choice of words.  horrifying... nauseating.... travesty of nature....   and so on and so forth.

melvins ain't into white boy hiphop. I think this remix album will make more sense in the context of their fondness for Throbbing Gristle.

Good Hip Hop is good Hip Hop.

It would've made more sense if they actually just got Throbbing Gristle to do the remix album instead of these other Gabba DJs.

I think saying something is Gabba is like saying somethings Grunge. It's a description that is so vague & general that it really doesn't describe anything.

ALL Gabba (like Trance) is  crap in its most potent and pure form.  End of story. If you think differently don't EVER come to Grandmaster Juan's town to DJ otherwise i'll have to squash you like a dung-beetle and burn all of your records.

after reading that review I want the album more.

+1 I agree. Good review.

Yep....also,I know there has got to be a few people on this board that have payed over $200 for the 'Shit Sandwich' 7''....I'd rather pay $15 for an album that has actual songs, remixed or not.

PrickHonky

still another whole month to go before Chicken Switch. Will have to fill the time with live Melvins for now.
What would a woman that fine want in a big, fat, nasty, greasy, fat, stank, bloated, cheesy-backed, 12-sandwich-eatin' bastard?

Turn around mister, and never trust a girl giving her donuts away for free.

Green Honey

Listen to Merzbow - Fear of God. Sounds like what his version of a Melvins number would sound like.
