Melvins remixed

The long-in-gestation Melvins remix album, announced as far back as 2006, will finally see the light of day this year. Entitled Chicken Switch, the album sees a host of avant-garde and experimental artists re-interpreting Melvins tracks, with the record expected in late September/early October via Ipecac.

The full tracklisting is as follows:

1. Washmachine Sk8tronics - Eye Yamatsuka
2. Emperor Twaddle Remix - Christoph Heemann
3. She Chokes Her Dying Breath and Does It In My Face - V/VM
4. AAHHH

me neither but goddam it looks interesting.
it appears as though its not as simple as "remixed songs".
more like all new structures using previously recorded material.

As long as it's a ReMix album and not a covers album, I'll be happy. That track list does look crazy....makes me think of that song from one of the 12- 7" series where they just mixed 6 or 7 songs together.Really curious about 'Overgoat'.
