Who did the vocals on the Melvins-tunes? Patton, I hope.... If it was Buzz, then my cancelling of the concert due to increased flight-prices will be a heavier burden to take....

Buzz and Patton shared the vocal duties for most Melvins songs in terms of singing the lyrics, but Patton still did his annoying sound-of-mouth things, which most of the time did nothing for the songs but left the impression he was trying to say "hey, I'm here too, please notice me". With other words: it was obsolete.
But aside from that, it was a great show with a well balanced input from both bands and nice song transitions, the majestic and slowed down version of Sacrifice as a starter and the Let It All Be encore being the highlights.

this is the only thing that annoys me about the collab.  Patton could be doing so much more with backing vocals, but just does that stupid shit.  they have some of the best versions of their songs on Millenium, and you have Patton doing that shit all the way through it.  funny though how i don't mind it at all when it's Fantomas.  haha.

patton should step back a little more often, the music would provide from it i think. my favorite was joan of arc & the dave stone interludes....and of course trevor's mustache !!
more new fantomas tracks would be nice but they did a great show anyway. i had a ticket for the NYE 2000/2001 show but i didn't got a flight, that was very sad but finally i got to see them live.

Yep, Trevor seems to be much into shapeshifting. It was somehow odd yet cool when they cut him a mohawk in the break between the two parts of the Fant
