HAT is only available through the singles on wax. Electro Retard isn't on wax

Well, I wouldn't mind to find the US edition of Honky on CD (in mint condition, obviously), as well as the AmRep Singles Collection 1-12 and Prick too. I wish AmRep could change their really bad policy about their releases but I don't see that miracle happening anytime soon.
