how did buzzo get the title "king"? was this given to him by someone or did he give it to himself?
what is he king of?

i often wondered about this too, I believe he
crowned himself "King" figuring that in the mainstream
music business most would consider him a pawn.
Shows how little 'they' know!!

It's sort of like the drummer from Butthole Surfers,
he calls himself 'King" too. His real name is Ernie though.
