Just got my tix for Portland and Seattle.  Through fucking Ticketmaster.   A normally $20 show cost $30 thanks to 'convenience' charges.   What shit.

But, I do have tickets...

I like this idea.    please allow me to explain why.     this will be a more free-wheeling tour.  much UNLIKE the (A)SA tour which was pretty much the entire (A)SA album night after night after night with a couple extra songs thrown in.   I anticipate this being a looser (loose -er) set with more MELVINS classics and less regimen.

the last album i heard was horrible. it didn't even sound like helmet. or maybe a radio friendly version of helmet.

Yeah I think I've driven over that stretch of I-35 like twice. It takes you to an unimportant part of the city and on into some northern suburbs. I checked out the scene, pretty brutal obviously.

Anybody plan on coming to the twin cities for the grumpy's show? couch/floorspace may be available.
