My most Acid washed ex drummer friend ... told me the time he saw melvins in Toronto with Helmet that melvins Emptied the Room with a feedback set before they actually began to play. and apparently dale did a mind blowing Drum solo. 

he told you lies; but indeed furthered that age old Melvins myth that you hear waiting in line every show.

I thought that was their "touring the tundra" gear. It looked like they were playing in some Eskimo's living room. If the camcorder had been further back, not only would you be able to see the whole band, but it wouldn't have clipped the sound every time Buzz raised his voice. Then it would have been a a perfect video, worth recording to a cassette. But maybe the cameraman had his back against the wall. Who knows?

No tundra; winter had past by the time of this in store appearance (April 23 1994 afternoon of their show that night at the Opera House) and yeah it wasn't an Inuit household nor store; but rather local Toronto record store staple 'Rotate This' which was and still is a pretty crammed shop to begin with.

No shit. This show is huge tits ... sounds kinda shitty here though ... my copy sounds much better. Highlights for me include "Foaming", "Little Judas", "Anti Vermin" ... but yeah the whole show is great and super cool that it's filmed from Kev's side.

Yeah sure ... might take a while though ... I don't have it on the PC at the moment and my only copies are in storage at another locale. I'll see if any of my buddies have it and can upload it in the meantime ... might be faster to get done ... or PM me you're addy; I think I got more than one disc copy ... I could even just mail ya one of those ...

My version is still pretty shoddy though ... looks a tad generated and digi ... pretty much like the version here ... sound isn't stellar ... but better than this ... all an' all a little rough but certainly worth the watch ...
