Just read the following at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buzz_Osborne

There's a masked piano in there indeed, but I doubt it's Buzzo. I tried to find some more information about this using Google, but with no success.

Isn`t Wikipedia a site where everyone can edit and add information? I guess if they aren`t referring to reliable sources one should perhaps not take everything litterarly.

no freakin way.   I don't buy it.

first of all...  did you watch how the dude acts?  no way buzz acts that gay.
second of all... pause it when they show the pianist from the side.  I can see a little hair poking out in the back. doesn't look like buzzy's doo to me.
