Make sure your Neither Here Nor There can be seen by ebayers in the US. The last guy to sell a hardback version of this on .co.uk didn't make a lot. Just a thought.

That's my auction and that price is a mistake for postage.  I'll look into that and adjust it.

Should be fixed now.  I had "priority" clicked, when it should have been "first class".
