Bullhead was released in 1991 on Boner Records. The album was a step closer to the newly founded genre of drone metal, with the songs becoming longer then they were on Ozma (album) and Gluey Porch Treatments. Many believe this to be one of the Melvins best albums, along with Eggnog (album), Houdini (album), Lysol (album) and Stoner Witch.
