There's no way to click it. As far as I know, if a Flash movie actually contains a click area like that, the user must also be able to navigate to that area by using the Tab button on their keyboard.

For an example, visit http://www.macromedia.com/. Their navigation menu is built in Flash. Now the menu must have a focus first, you can accomplish this by clicking in the search field. Now press your Tab key. You will see all hotspots will lighten up by showing a yellow border around it.

i thought it was funny.  especially the one with their heads on other people's bodies.  i think it is funny that they occasionally put as much effort into it as is needed to create little movies of people stabbing beds, television sets playing music and book snippets, and an uncatchable elephant, not to mention the goat head instrument, yet they won't even put up the slightest bit of useful information.  it obviously isn't that there isn't time....
