More Intolerance??? Why are there fewer Female Melvins fans than male?

We want to say because a larger portion of girls do not know music and think its fashion and looking like a magazine cover?

Come on lets stir the pot, I know a small portion of the board is female and I am not knocking those.

I think its Middle america in general, it pisses me off to know end that they think  shit like death cab and the beattles is the best thing they ever heard.

the closest i've come to meeting a female Melvins fan was "They are okay."  that has happened a few times.  i do know one female Melvins fan, but she seems to be more into the IDEA of liking them rather than actually liking them.  so i'm not counting that.

come on, when a band has more than 5 female fans, at least one of them is a psycho slut! i'm gonna see tool this summer, and placebo is warming up for them.. just think of how many psycho sluts they have! i don't know if the girls or guys will be worst though... but i wanna be able to see tool, not just stand a kilometer from the stage, next to the toilets. so i might have to fight my way through all those scary people!

as for melvins, i've seen a couple of girls at their shows, but there arent many, and i don't know if they really like them or not.. maybe their boyfriends like them, maybe they know the warmup acts, maybe they just usually go to concerts at that club..

yah like ourselves rambling on a messageboard lol, i know this seems so hypocritcal but most of you understand and have some of the same frustration for things. Perhaps channeling my energy for more postive exploits instead of bashing the generic would serve a greater purpose but sometimes it makes you feel better for a few seconds being a trolop.
