I think so. I have that shirt, but it has holes in it and paint on it and probably has pit stains. Anyways, I bought it from a legit music store probably in '97? Maybe '98?

I haven't got one yet but I saw a few on people in Europe at Melvins gigs recently so I remain optimistic.
