Green River is going to be teaming up with The Melvins for at least two shows for the Melvins' 25th anniversary. Two dates set for May 22nd and 23rd, with a possible third show. Locations have yet to be set. Further details will be forthcoming.

At the 20th Anniversary shows Mudhoney showed up. I don't think Buzz would mind some old friends sharing the bill to help the Melvins celebrate.

Ehm, calling themselves 'the willie dixon of grunge', 'taking the power of sub pop + pj and crush those bastards', sounds like a joke to me, it's not like the Melvins 'zepped up' that tune or anything, no knows about the damn song besides us GPT geeks, so to me it seems he's just messing around with kids who don't know their history (read: haven't read the liner notes of the GPT reissue)...
